Vehicle Description:
Singer Vehicle Design founded in 2009. Rob Dixon, who was the guitarist of a UK-based rock band, produces and sells a rest mod based on the Porsche 964 that reduces the weight and rigidity of the car body, increases the output of the engine, and strengthens the suspension with the keyword "Re-Imagine".
The exterior was downdated to an homage to the early models of the Porsche 911 (1964 ~ 1973 models), and the ability of the owner to bespoke the interior and exterior coloring and materials led to a flood of orders from celebrities around the world.
DLS is an evolution model of Singer Porsche announced in 2017, and as the name (Dynamics and Lightweighting Study) suggests, the body weight is reduced to 1 kg of less than 990 ton by using a lot of carbon, and former Porsche engineer Hans Metzger was involved in the development. 4 horsepower from a naturally aspirated 500-liter displacement! It is equipped with an engine that raises The price tag of 2 million yen also attracted a lot of attention.
The exterior is also very different from the usual Singer Porsche, and a large aerodevice, over fender, and a forged center lock incorporating a Fuchs-like design called "Porsche Alloy" of the Porsche 911 genuine are set. Model Description:
Based on the "Porsche 911 (964)", it is a model that faithfully reproduces the "Singer DLS" created by restoring and modifying using the latest technology.
Singer DLS is a rest mod based on the Porsche 964. When modeling a model car, we start by drawing the interior and exterior design of Singer on our Porsche 911 data. After that, details are identified from various materials, all of them are reflected, and coloring and the use of materials are determined.
In this model, the intake installed in the rear quarter window that directs fresh air to the engine air inlet, which is a characteristic detail of the actual car, and the rear window with the duct integrally molded are made of injection-molded plastic parts with excellent reproducibility.
The lights are made of high-quality white metal parts plated with a focus on texture.
The wheels are made of injection-molded spokes, etched parts, and machined aluminum rims that are excellent in roundness and close in texture to the actual vehicle.
