The first generation NSX was launched in 1990, incorporating what could be called Honda's "crystallization of technology," such as the world's first aluminum monocoque body for a production car, rear midship layout, increased displacement (from 2.7 to 3.0 liters), DOHC and VTEC (variable valve timing and lift mechanism) based on the V6 for the Legend, and other features that should be called the "crystallization of technology. The first generation NSX was launched in 1990, incorporating what could be called Honda's "crystallization of technology," such as an engine with an increased displacement (from 2.7 to 3.0 liters), DOH conversion, and VTEC (variable valve timing lift mechanism). The resemblance to Ferrari is often discussed, but in fact, in addition to its elaborate engineering, the NSX has a trunk space that can accommodate a golf bag, and is recognized around the world as a super sports car that also has the practicality of a Japanese car.
The first-generation NSX was introduced in 1990, followed by the Type R in 1992, which later became the iconic Honda Sport, and in 1997, the engine displacement was increased from the old 3.0-liter to 3.2-liter, and was called the NA2.
When a big minor change was made in 2001, the Type T was also announced at the same time.
Product Description:
This model is a reproduction of the late model of the first generation NSX that appeared in 1990, the Type T of the NA2 with fixed headlights.
Speaking of the NA2 with fixed headlights, our company has modeled the NSX-R and NSX-R GT, and now the Type T, which was released as a variation model, makes its appearance. The panel lines are deeply carved to create a thin and well shaded effect, which is almost the limit for a 1/43 scale model car.
The roof panel is removable, just like the real car, so you can enjoy a closer look at the well-crafted cockpit. The seats and interior detailing have also been carefully crafted. The interior is also available in a choice of colors that will look great on the car.
The wheels are painstakingly painted on white metal casting parts that allow for sharp modeling, creating an atmosphere similar to that of the actual car.
The NSX has a hard-edged image, but we present an open-top model with a slightly different perspective!
Our make-up was born in a room in "Central Apartment" in Harajuku, Tokyo in 1978.
Its history begins when our representative Hideyuki Uemoto was inspired by the model culture of his area at the annual "Model Engineer Exhibition" held at Wembley Park in the United Kingdom.
Here, we will deliver the history of our company by interweaving Uemoto's own recollections.

About Resin Models:
Although higher in price, resin models offer an extreme amount of detail and precision. The finish is near flawless in presentation, they are limited in production, they offer a ton of photo-etch details and some of the tiniest features are shown. Resin models are especially great when it comes to makes, models and aftermarket styles that we often do not see when it comes to our favorite cars. These are offered in every model car scale and great for the collector minded people that want something unique from every angle.
